The Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your workspace — active agents, conversation volume, resolution performance, and incoming leads.
We’re continuously adding more insights and summaries to the Dashboard to help you make better decisions faster.

Metrics Overview

At the top of the Dashboard, four key metrics give you an instant pulse on your workspace:

Active Agents

The number of agents currently active out of your total configured agents.

Conversations

Total number of conversations handled by your agents in the selected time period.

Resolution Rate

The percentage of conversations successfully resolved by your agents without requiring a human handoff.

Avg Resolution Time

The average time it takes for your agents to fully resolve a conversation.

Conversations Chart

The Conversations chart shows the volume of conversations over time. Use the time range selector (e.g. Last 7 days) to adjust the period displayed. Use this chart to spot trends — peak hours, quiet periods, or spikes that may need attention.

Leads

The Leads section surfaces the most recent inbound leads captured by your agents. Each lead shows:
  • Source — which agent or channel the lead came from
  • TemperatureHOT or WARM based on the lead’s intent and engagement level
  • Time — how recently the lead came in
Click any lead to view the full conversation and contact details.

Quick Action

Use the + Create Agent button in the top right to set up a new agent directly from the Dashboard.
