Lead Summary Cards
At the top of the page, four summary cards give you a quick breakdown of your lead pipeline:| Card | Description |

| Total | Total number of leads captured across all agents |
| Hot | Leads with high intent (flame icon, red) |
| Warm | Leads with moderate interest (thermometer icon, yellow) |
| Cold | Leads with low engagement (snowflake icon, blue) |
Filtering & Search
Use the filter bar to find specific leads:| Filter | Options |

Lead List
The table shows all captured leads with the following columns:| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Visitor’s name, or “Website Visitor” if not identified. Avatar with initials shown if name is known. |
| Type | Lead temperature — Hot, Warm, or Cold |
| Purpose | The intent category assigned by the agent (e.g. Booking, Quote, Support, General) |
| Status | Current pipeline status of the lead |
| Last Active | How long ago the lead was last active |
Lead Detail Panel
Clicking a lead opens a side panel with full details.Header
- Name — visitor’s name and avatar
- Star — bookmark the lead for quick access
- Captured by — which agent site captured the lead
- View conversation — link to the original conversation
Tags
Lead tags appear as pills (e.g.Hot, Booking). These are automatically assigned based on the conversation and can also be added manually from the Conversation Info panel.

AI Summary
An AI-generated summary of the lead’s intent and key details from the conversation (e.g. “The customer explicitly wants to book an appointment for tomorrow at 9 AM and provides contact details.”).Signals
Behavioral signals detected during the conversation. Shows No signals detected if none were identified.Notes
Freeform notes you can add to a lead. Click + Add to open the Add Note dialog, type your note, then click Save Note (or press⌘+Enter). Notes appear here for future reference. Existing notes can also be deleted.
Updating Lead Status
To change a lead’s pipeline status, click the pencil icon next to the status in the detail panel. A modal will appear with the following options:| Status | Meaning |

| New | Freshly captured, not yet actioned |
| Qualified | Reviewed and confirmed as a genuine lead |
| Contacted | You have reached out to the lead |
| Nurturing | Actively being followed up |
| Lost | Lead did not convert |
