Current Subscription

The top section shows your active plan with:
  • Plan name and status (Active)
  • Billing cycle — Monthly or Annual
  • Renews on — your next renewal date
  • Conversations used — usage against your monthly limit (e.g. 26 / 2,000)

Conversation Overage

If you exceed your monthly conversation limit, you can enable Conversation Overage to allow conversations to continue beyond your plan’s included amount. The overage rate is determined by your plan.
Conversation Overage is only available on paid plans.
To cancel your subscription, click Cancel subscription at the bottom of this section.
