The Members page lets you invite teammates to your workspace and manage their roles and access.
The Seats counter in the top right shows how many seats are used out of your plan’s limit (e.g. 3 / 5). The number of available seats varies by plan.
Member List
The table shows all current members and pending invitations with the following columns:

Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|
| Owner | Full control over the workspace including billing and settings. Each organization has exactly one Owner. |
| Admin | Can manage agents, knowledge base, tools, and members. |
| Member | Standard access to workspace features based on permissions. |
Each organization can only have one Owner. The Owner account cannot be deactivated.
Inviting a Member
Click Invite Member to open the invitation form.

| Role | Select Admin or Member |
Click Send Invitation to send. The member will appear in the list with an Invitation Sent status until they accept.
Member Actions
Click the ⋯ menu on any member row to see available actions. Actions vary based on the member’s current status:
Active members
- Edit — Change the member’s role. Other profile fields will be editable soon.
- Deactivate — Disable the member’s access to the workspace.
Deactivated members
- Edit — Change the member’s role.
- Reactivate — Restore the member’s access.
Pending invitations
- Resend — Send the invitation email again.
- Cancel Invite — Revoke the invitation.
The Owner account cannot be deactivated.
